White Tara: Online Course

Learn to draw White Tara according to the Tibetan tradition of thangka.
The female Buddha White Tara is one of the main longevity deities in the Tibetan Buddhist pantheon. Her meditation practice can be done to prolong your life and to overcome illnesses and other life-threatening obstacles.

Besides learning to draw White Tara in this course, one also learns all about her place in the Tibetan Buddhist pantheon, her meanings and iconography. In addition you’ll listen to (and can download) guided meditations on White Tara, and you’ll learn her mantra and how to work with it. It’s a very rich course. A package with grids, handouts, cards, and a personal note will be sent to your home address in advance.

Prerequisite: the White Tara course can be chosen after learning the basics by drawing the Face of the Buddha (see below), and preferably The Buddha or Medicine Buddha after that.
